The Atlanta Business Project has tons of pride for this city and we take pride in adopting the L.O.H.A.S (lifestyles of health and sustainability) way of living and doing business. There are a lot of sustainable based initiatives in and around Atlanta but we happened to come across one that grabbed our hearts and gave it a gentle tug. The Recycle House is an organization that not only recycles but it gives back in very unique ways.
While picking up left-over items and making sure our city is sparkling clean, The Recycle House re-purposes used seating and plants them right under local MARTA bus stops.

If you are a regular MARTA rider or a sporadic bus hopper then you know how beneficial a resting spot can be! In more current news, The Recycle House is currently working on a new bench that will be built from scratch and will be placed in front of Scott Elementary School. They are in need of supplies to finish the bench and volunteers to help with the assembly and decor of the bench. If you would like to donate supplies for this project and others please reach out to The Recycle House on twitter or reach out to them directly via email at recyclehouse [at]att[dot]net.
We can't wait to see how this project turns out and be sure to check back as we will keep you updated on The Recycle House and how you can jump in and help.
